Description
This is a contest entry for 
contest~! In her contest, it said we had to draw our OC's doing something friendly for her OC Hannah~! While, I drew my OC Heather (The Chikortia) throwing a big party for Hannah (The blue-ish green fox) with confette and a huge blimp~! In the backgrond I added Thunder (The Pikachu from my PMD 3 team) trying to help with balloons......but he looks like he needs help~! The Skitty is my main PMD 3 leader, Carly~! She looks like she wants to help Thunder~!
